CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract across four sites in Bristol.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This engineer will be working across a nice local patch in Bristol. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer who is keen to progress. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £42,000 with a strong route into further career progression.

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsChanging BallastBMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
Requirements
Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3City & Guilds – 18th EditionA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingPrevious experience of performing a Building Services Engineer roleMust be able to work unsupervised to a high qualityPlease send your CV to
