There are no set hours for this position, and the postholder will be expected to be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the job. The postholder will be required to live within 50 miles of Head Office. Overnight stays may be required.Location:

under the general direction of the Head of Administrative Services, to manage and develop staff, working to ensure the provision of a strategic and comprehensive administration service to the Union, with a particular focus on facilities, warehouse, property and ancillary services.The successful applicant will possess:
detailed understanding of Union rules and government legislation relating to ADM, conferences, elections, and campaigns; detailed understanding of Safe Systems of Work, property, logistics, hygiene and facilities regulations and compliance; experience of staff management, training and development, particularly within ancillary, warehouse, and facilities environments; leadership and people management skills, including delegation and coaching; strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills; the ability to produce complex written materials, including reports and statistical data.Interviews are expected to take place on
