Global Guardians, the UK’s leading Property Guardianship Company, is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial management, control and reporting for the Group. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive commercial insight, robust controls and scalable processes across several entities.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and working capital, while developing the finance team and improving dashboards and reporting integration with operations. A strong commercial mindset is essential.
