IAM Lead — Identity Security & Automation Engineering

Bupa is seeking an Lead Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement and operate IGA, PAM and EIM across global environments. You will lead automation, integration with Active Directory/Entra ID and cloud platforms, while driving least-privilege and zero-trust strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity or identity roles with 5+ years guiding IAM engineering teams. Flexible hybrid work in London/UK and relevant certifications are preferred.
