Contract Scrum Master – Project Manager, Salesforce

• Lead and facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Manage projects against timelines, scope and objectives
• Work with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
• Remove blockers and help teams adopt and improve Agile ways of working
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and actions
• Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply Salesforce knowledge to understand the platform, delivery requirements and project context
• Maintain focus on delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar Agile delivery role
• Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Experience managing projects from planning through to delivery
• Must have Salesforce experience, ideally within a project or delivery environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers and delivery challenges
• Must be able to work onsite every Wednesday in Oxford
