In-House Property Lawyer – Hybrid (Local Authority)

CRA Consulting are recruiting an experienced Property Lawyer to join the Legal and Democratic Services team for Stockport Council on an initial 12-month locum contract. The role combines property advisory work with day-to-day estate management, across acquisitions, disposals and asset management, in a busy in-house setting.

Hybrid working arrangement – Stockport office plus remote options – with a competitive hourly rate of £50–£60.
