Senior Land Surveyor — Compensation & Stakeholder Engagement

Matchtech are supporting a key client in Birmingham with the requisition of a Senior Surveyor. The role focuses on land compensation and valuation advice for major infrastructure and regeneration projects, driving risk mitigation and securing consents.

The ideal candidate will apply knowledge of compulsory purchase legislation, lead negotiations, and deliver strategic advice to stakeholders across transport, renewables, utilities and regeneration schemes.
