Commercial Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Budgets

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a commercially focused professional to join our regional commercial teams. The role covers procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the BU, interfacing with site staff, subcontractors and external partners to drive value.

You will manage cash flow, budgets and cost reporting, using COINS and BOQ where required, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal procedures. Regular site presence and collaboration with colleagues are essential.
