Automation Lead – PropTech Sales Progression

Homey is seeking a Business Unit Manager to own the day-to-day of the Sales Progression product line. You will drive automation and market adoption, aiming to saturate estate agents with a low-cost, high-margin service that feeds into the broader Homey platform.

You’ll lead the Sales Progressor team, report to senior leadership, and be measured by the share of the property market using the progression tool. The role blends product, marketing and leadership in a proptech context.
