Social Media Platforms & Operations Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead global social media publishing, platform governance, and performance measurement. You’ll collaborate with Content, Campaigns, Compliance, Technology, Security, and Analytics to ensure secure, compliant content distribution and data-driven optimization. You’ll apply best practices across channels, leverage AI responsibly, and translate insights into actionable initiatives. This position offers visibility into cutting-edge social tech and cross-functional impact within a global firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage global publishing operations and publishing platforms; oversee vendor relationships and governance standards
• Optimize channel workflows and tagging/reporting to improve efficiency
• Apply platform-specific best practices; run testing and analysis to boost organic engagement
• Define and implement social media measurement frameworks; convert data into actionable recommendations
• Oversee compliance review workflows, security, and access governance; mitigate operational risks
• Own performance reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and cross-channel analytics
• Identify opportunities for optimization based on trends and data analysis
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance processes while maintaining governance and security

Key requirements

• Managing enterprise social media programs
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Experience with publishing operations and governance
