Investment Portfolio Operations Analyst

Overview

Ambitious Investment Portfolio Operations Analyst role supporting Fundhouse’s Model Portfolio Service. You will work closely with senior leaders, external providers, and advisers to maintain data, execute trades, and manage client reporting, enabling platform growth and client expansion. The role blends hands-on operations with relationship management and domain knowledge of UK retail investment platforms. Responsibilities

• Maintain model portfolio data using internal Excel tools and third-party data feeds
• Administer and maintain model portfolios on platforms; execute trades
• Build and sustain relationships with third-party model portfolio teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Handle operational queries via email/phone; produce and distribute client reporting
• Manage access to Client Support Site and keep content up to date
• Develop deep understanding of UK retail investment platforms, portfolios and the fund universe to support platform presence and client growth

Key requirements

• Investment Operations experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Solid understanding of model portfolios
• Some experience with retail investment platforms
• Ability to meet deadlines in an organized, efficient manner
