Responsibilities

• Shape overall business strategy
• Drive business development and grow client relationships
• Own revenue generation, fees and profitability
• Oversee delivery of building surveying services with high quality and satisfaction
• Lead, mentor and develop the team with effective resource management
• Act as senior contact for key clients and stakeholders
• Support bid process and win new instructions

Key requirements

• MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience
• Strong track record in delivering building surveying across sectors
