Overview

In this role you support a leading global law firm’s Real Estate team in Manchester, handling high-value property transactions. You will work on portfolio acquisitions and disposals, development projects, and landlord/tenant matters, with early direct client contact. You’ll join a market-leading practice and have scope to build your own client following. This is an opportunity to shape significant real estate deals and contribute to a top-tier practice.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multi-million-pound real estate transactions
• Work on retail, mixed-use schemes and office developments
• Handle property finance and landlord–tenant matters
• Engage with clients early in matters and support senior lawyers
• Collaborate within a leading national Real Estate practice and develop your own client following

Key requirements

• 1-3 years’ PQE in Real Estate
• experience in Real Estate within a larger or medium-sized firm
• strong academic record
