East Lothian Hospital to Home Team are inviting applications for Health Care Support Workers to join their expanding team. This Hospital to Home service operates in partnership with local health and social care partners to support people to remain safely at home.
Your role will include assessing, planning and providing nursing care, following best practice to meet needs in a community setting, including daily living activities, medications and meals. A full driving license is essential.
