Adult Social Worker – Autism & Community Empowerment (Hybrid)

Cambridge County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Adult and Autism Team on a 31-hour week, with a focus on promoting choice, control and independence for adults with Autism and eligible care needs.

Based at Amundsen House, St Ives, the role covers Cambridgeshire county, offering hybrid working and a generous benefits package including pension, annual leave and mileage allowances. You will undertake Care Act assessments, care and support plans, reviews and safeguarding.
