Community Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Travel

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a part-time Support Worker to join our community-based team on a permanent contract; you will provide care and support to people at home, focusing on maximising independence, and may include end-of-life care.

You will work across Torbay and South Devon, sometimes alone, across shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, seven days a week, with full training, a uniform, mileage allowance, and enhanced pay for evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
