Essential Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional experience working within a care home or residential care setting is mandatory.
• Sponsorship: Candidates must have full right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is offered.
• Driving: Valid UK driving license and personal transport preferred.
• Core Skills: Dedicated, compassionate, flexible, and capable of assisting residents with all aspects of personal care and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored personal care to residents in residential and care home environments.
• Assist with mobility, nutrition, medication support, and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes in resident well:being.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and promote resident independence.
