Community Mental Health Support Worker – 36h, Home Visits

Sefton Council is recruiting a Support Worker to join the Adult Community Mental Health Teams. This full-time, 36-hour-per-week fixed-term role provides community-based support to adults with mental health needs, working across bases and in clients’ homes.

You will manage a small caseload, deliver short-term, task-centred interventions, and aim to build confidence, independence and wellbeing. Regular supervision will be provided by Social Work Managers and the team.
