Cambian is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Hereford to support young people aged 8-18 with daily routines, school prep, meals and activities. You’ll help create a warm, homely environment and build trust through consistent, compassionate care.

No prior experience? If you have the passion, we’ll provide the training. Two weeks induction is fully funded with clear pathways for promotion and diplomas (Levels 3-5).
