Senior Care Assistant – Lead Care Team, Day/Night Shifts

The Porterbrook Care Home in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide and support a care team, delivering high quality, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee medication, monitor wellbeing and ensure accurate records for continuity of care.

The role involves 36-hour mixed day/night shifts, with alternate weekends and overtime opportunities. NVQ 2 is required, Level 3 desirable, plus medication competency and strong leadership skills.
