Reablement Care Worker: Empower Independence at Home

Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers across North Devon, based in South Molton. You will support clients in their homes, helping them regain independence, confidence and control, with a focus on enabling rather than doing for them.

If you’re energetic and compassionate, full training is provided. The role includes mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, a competitive hourly rate of £13.80–£14.30, a permanent contract, and opportunities for development within our family-run care team.
