Children’s Residential Care and Support Worker

• To participate in the delivery of a range of short break opportunities including tea visits, overnight stays and weekend play sessions.
• To keywork for a number of children/young people ensuring their care plans and risk assessments reflect their ever-changing needs.
• To develop and support a wide range of fun activities that reflect the children/young people’s wishes and needs.
• To promote children and young people’s independence and communication needs., To promote the welfare of children and young people and to contribute to ensuring that children are safeguarded from abuse.
