Senior Revenue Protection Lead – Field Role (Oxford/Reading)

British Gas is seeking a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer to join the Oxford/Reading field team. You will visit customer premises, investigate energy debt and potential theft, assess welfare, and implement sustainable resolutions that balance customer care with compliance.

You will work independently in the field, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure safe, accurate metering and billing support while following revenue protection guidelines.
