Kinship Social Worker (ASYE): Start Making a Difference

Wiltshire Council’s Kinship Team is seeking a Newly Qualified Social Worker to help children remain safely connected with family and support networks. You will assess and support families, working with kinship carers, Special Guardians and Private Fostering carers, in a growing service participating in the Kinship Allowance Pilot.

The ASYE pathway provides structured supervision, development opportunities and guidance from experienced colleagues, within a supportive, hybrid working model.
