Impactful Housing & Accommodation Support Officer

Seetec in Gloucester is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to manage a caseload of participants and develop personalised housing plans. You will carry out initial assessments, considering risk and need, and maintain ongoing contact with participants to support stable outcomes.

You will record progress using a case management system and work in partnership with stakeholders. On-site training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in the role.
