Need junior chef for our bistro restaurant in Walthamstow VillageWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen at Ruff’s Bistro.

• Full kitchen management and daily operations
• Menu development and seasonal specials
• Stock control and supplier management
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation
• Previous experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work under pressure
