Regional Operations Leader: Develop Leaders, Grow 25 Restaurants

Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd, a KFC franchise partner, is seeking an experienced regional operations leader to oversee 3–4 Area Coaches across approximately 25 restaurants in the Midlands and North of the UK. You will travel regularly between sites to coach teams and ensure consistent standards.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will shape strategy, drive sales and profit, develop leaders, and deliver improvements across your patch while living the KFC values.
