E-commerce Customer Care Specialist

The Couture Club is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced online fashion brand. You will handle customer tickets across email and live channels, resolving queries with an excellent brand voice and strong attention to detail.

You will work within a high-volume environment, owning tickets from start to finish, meeting SLAs, and supporting orders, deliveries, returns and refunds while maintaining accurate customer records.
