Estates Tech Support — Defence Site

Serco Defence Academy is seeking an Estates Technical Support to help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will manage sign-ins, support CAFM, and maintain records for audit-ready operations.

You will liaise with the Service Desk and end users, update SV/ARCS and SharePoint, and assist with documentation and meetings. A GCSE in English/Maths and strong organisational skills are expected, with the ability to work independently or with a team.
