Hybrid Energy Outreach Champion (London)

Citizens Advice Hounslow is recruiting an Energy Community Champion to lead outreach and engagement across community hubs, delivering energy awareness and financial capability workshops. You will train frontline partners and route complex cases to our energy team, building strong referral pathways.

The role includes developing the Energy Redress project, tracking impact, and achieving GDPR-compliant records. Hybrid working with office, remote delivery and community outreach is offered.
