Out-of-Hours Dispatcher — Healthcare Call Centre

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking two part-time Dispatchers for the Out of Hours service to provide admin support and ensure timely and accurate dispersal of patient information in line with clinical guidance. You will work with NHS24 to deliver effective care when GPs are unavailable.

The role requires NHS/OOH experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible, pressurised environment. Shifts include evenings, nights, weekends, and weekdays with various hours.
