Задачи:

• Own product marketing in expansion markets, leading positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and evergreen initiatives;
• Partner with product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal, and compliance teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives;
• Advise product teams on roadmaps and improvements using user insights, market feedback, and regional learnings;
• Develop differentiated narratives and messaging based on user insights, testing, and audience understanding;
• Craft marketing plans and creative direction to drive relevance, adoption, and sustained engagement;
• Define success metrics and track impact with product and data science teams while ensuring legal and compliance alignment.

Требования:

• 7+ Years of experience in product marketing or adjacent consumer growth/product roles in tech;
• Strong growth marketing leadership, including positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across channels;
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply, clearly, and humanely;
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence;
• Data-informed decision-making skills, including experimentation and performance measurement;
• Fluency across lifecycle, performance, in-product, and social marketing channels;
• Experience operating in regulated consumer products and partnering with legal and compliance teams;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.
