Chef de Partie: Flexible, Farm-to-Table Open Kitchen

Artfarm is seeking a Chef de Partie for Da Costa in Somerset. You will manage a section of the open-front kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality Italian dishes for Da Costa, the outside catering, and events.

You will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and celebrate produce from our onsite farm and walled garden. You will be supported by a team passionate about fresh food, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to our hospitality culture.
