Reservations & Events Agent — Upsell & Guest Care

Holiday Inn Peterborough is looking for a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join Valor Hospitality’s team. You will handle reservations, coordinate events, and upsell packages to maximise occupancy and revenue, while keeping reception teams updated on occupancy, no-shows, VIPs and events.

You’ll deliver attentive customer service, adhere to brand standards and work with a collaborative team during flexible shifts across 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with opportunities for progression
