Hygiene & Food Safety Training Specialist

Albert Bartlett is seeking a Hygiene Department Trainer to develop, deliver and maintain training across the Weekend Hygiene operation and site personnel. The role focuses on competency, compliance and continuous improvement to support food safety, audit readiness and legal compliance.

Working hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 8pm. You will work closely with the Hygiene Manager while not having direct people-management responsibility.
