Your Role

We are a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted, April 2024), where our boarding provision was recently judged as ‘Outstanding’ (Ofsted, 2025). The inspectors highlighted that our “students are making significant progress,” noting they are “supported through a culture of high expectation, helping them to achieve the best they can.” We are a lively and purposeful co-educational, comprehensive state boarding school for children aged 7 to 18 years, with approximately 700 flexi-boarders and 300 full boarders. A popular choice for both local families and international boarders, our success is driven by our exceptional facilities, academic results, and a boarding ethos that fosters a wide range of co-curricular activities and positive student attitudes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Cover Supervisor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. We are looking for someone who:

  1. Offers inspirational and caring guidance for young people,
  2. Works collaboratively, asks questions and is keen to learn.
