Sous Chef – Lead Kitchen, Mentor Team & Elevate Dishes

The Garden Kitchen by Pugh’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will assist the kitchen manager in daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and support a cohesive, well-trained staff.

As second-in-command, you will help maintain health and safety standards, supervise cooks, and collaborate with the Development chef to test and refine recipes while ensuring consistent portion control across dishes.
