Daytime Kitchen Manager: Lead Fresh Food & Team

Notcutts is hiring a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead our busy garden centre restaurant kitchen. You’ll focus on daytime service, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with no evenings or split shifts, and you’ll balance your passion for food with life outside work.

You’ll develop your team, manage stock and wastage, ensure health and safety standards (level 3 food hygiene), and deliver meals that meet our brand specifications while driving great profits.
