The Role

Children’s Services are building on the positive outcomes achieved through multi-disciplinary working with children, young people and their families. The new Social Care Reforms recognises that families benefit from a multi-disciplinary evidence-based interventions that are well co-ordinated with evidenced based outcomes. Preventative work is at the earliest opportunity that will support families to manage the challenges they face positively and get the help and support they need to prevent escalation to vulnerability and risk and into child protection and care.
