Chef de Partie – Fast-Paced Hotel Kitchen & Breakfast

Accor’s Ibis London Excel hotel is seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality food across our hotel restaurant and breakfast service.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard, follow recipes and safety guidelines, maintain hygiene, assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, manage stock and waste, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
