Wellbeing & Fitness Manager: Lead Programs, Sales & Team

Nuffield Health Reading FWC is seeking a strong Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead a team and drive performance in a busy gym. You’ll combine commercial oversight with governance and sales of major services, reporting to the Programme Director.

You’ll bring REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner, studio and line-management experience, and a track record of growing personal training revenue. We offer a benefits package including free gym membership and pension.
