Customer Team Member: Bakery & Store Support (Flexible Shifts)

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local store. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, delivering friendly, helpful service on the shop floor, tills, and possibly in the bakery or post office, depending on the store. Full, paid training provided.

The role offers a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and you must be 18+ to apply due to early/late hours. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, promote Co-op membership, and support customers with online orders and community
