Freezer Warehouse Operative – Nuneaton, Warwickshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Freezer Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
- Four on, four off – Days: 07:00 – 19:00
- Four on, four off – Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
Rates of Pay:
- Days: £13.56 per hour
- Nights: £15.85 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking frozen food items using voice-pick technology in minus twenty-one degree conditions
- Operating MHE, including Reach and Counterbalance FLT
- Moving, sorting, and organising stock within the warehouse
- Wrapping and securing completed pallets for despatch
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
- Carrying out additional warehouse duties as required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a freezer environment
- Voice-pick and system picking experience
- MHE experience, including PPT, Reach, or Counterbalance
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous four on, four off and/or night shift experience preferred
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in a freezer or chilled warehouse environment
Training:
- Industry-related training provided
- Ongoing support throughout your assignment
