Rostering & Workforce Planning Specialist

Network Rail is recruiting for a full-time roster coordinator based in Rugby or Stafford. You will compile, maintain and publish rosters, coordinating cover and validating data with local managers to ensure full shift coverage.

You will also manage leave, support annual planning, and embed safety competencies in rosters, with data reporting to support operations and payroll checks. This is a Band 5 permanent role.
