The Role Requirements
- Driver
- Experience essential in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years)
- Maintain a positive public image
- Completion of cleaning activities across various sites
- Adherence to Health & Safety procedures
- Ensure that work and behavior meets and complies with set standards/specifications
- Undertake relevant H&S training to ensure performance meets the standards needed to achieve multi-skilled competency

The Person:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to all business users
- Client relationship skills
- Good team working skills
- Take ownership of issues
- Self-motivated with determination to achieve goals
- Flexible and able to deliver quality results in the required timeframe

- CSR
- IPAF
- Access NI / CTC Security Clearance
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety policies & procedures
