- Owning and growing your own desk, with real autonomy over how you work it
- Building relationships with candidates and clients who expect a consultant who knows the market, not just a job board
- Working alongside people experienced team members and leaders giving you the tools and confidence to really accelerate your career
What we’re looking for:
- Solid recruitment experience already under your belt you know the fundamentals, you don’t need hand-holding on the basics
- Someone who wants more responsibility, not just more commission (though the commission’s good too)
- A person who can be direct with candidates and clients, because that’s how we operate
