Position:Group Reporting Manager
Location:Northern Ireland
The Role
A high-visibility opportunity for aFully Qualified Accountantto own group financial consolidations, monthly investor reporting, and statutory accounts for a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed business.
Key Responsibilities
Board & Investor Reporting:Run the month-end consolidation cycle (57 day close) and prepare monthly PE board packs, variance analysis, and site KPI schedules.
Group Consolidations:Manage multi-entity financial consolidations under UK GAAP / FRS 102 (or IFRS).
Statutory Accounts & Audit:Prepare annual statutory financial statements for group entities and lead the external audit process.
Process & Controls:Maintain clean audit trails, maintainable earnings data, and data-room ready records for future refinancing or exit events.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification:Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW / CAI / ICAS or equivalent).
Experience:Hands-on experience in group accounting, multi-entity consolidations, and statutory reporting.
Skills:Strong technical UK GAAP / FRS 102 knowledge, advanced Excel / ERP skills, and high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
