Overview

In this role you will support delivery of diverse buildings & infrastructure projects in Perth, working with experienced Project Managers. You will assist with planning, coordination, and documentation, while monitoring schedules and risks. You will help manage budgets, contracts and reporting, and facilitate stakeholder communication. The position offers exposure to project delivery and business development within a global consultancy, with opportunities to grow within the Bureau Veritas network.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination and delivery of projects
  • Prepare project documentation, including briefs, reports, tender documents and meeting minutes
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks and project registers
  • Support management of project budgets, costs, contracts and financial reporting
  • Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Attend project meetings and assist with reporting, presentations and status updates
  • Contribute to business development activities, client relationship management and proposal preparation

Key requirements

  • Territory qualification in Project Management, Construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, Planning or related discipline
  • Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration or assistant project management role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management systems
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine passion for the buildings and infrastructure industry
