Overview
In this role you will support a Tier 1 banking team in Edinburgh, handling a broad range of finance work for lenders and borrowers. You’ll contribute to all aspects of lending transactions while serving banks, insurers, debt funds, and major corporates. The position includes opportunities to engage in marketing and business development to grow the practice. You will work within a collaborative, ambitious team and contribute to the firm’s Scottish banking footprint.

Responsibilities
- Carry out a broad range of finance work as part of the team
- Act for lenders and borrowers in lending transactions
- Be responsible for all aspects of lending transactions
- Serve a diverse client base including banks, insurers, debt funds and large corporates
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
Key requirements
- 2–8 years PQE
- ideally a background in banking/finance law
- qualified in Scotland and/or England & Wales
