• Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, part-exchanges)
• Handle a busy, varied caseload with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with Partners, Solicitors and Paralegals to deliver high-quality service
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure adherence to regulatory and firm standards
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the property team
• Support junior team members and provide guidance as needed
